I enjoyed my stay at The Residences at Crystal Towers, especially thanks to the spacious room and the great view. However, the service was a bit lacking, as I had to wait for towels and experienced some issues with the Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a decent experience, but improvements are definitely needed in some areas.
